Q. 1. What is the Tour East Points Reward program?
A. This is a loyalty reward program to show our appreciation to our travel agent partners for booking with Tour East Holidays. It allows travel agents to earn and accumulate reward points to be redeemed towards gift cards and more.

Q. 2. How do I become a member?
A. Any travel agent working for an agency that has an active account with Tour East Holidays is eligible to register for the Tour East Points reward program. In order to accumulate points, you must first register. Go to www.toureastpoints.ca to enroll and you can start accumulating your reward points!

Q. 3. How do I earn Tour East Points?
A. Online: www.toureast.com  
Please use your agency login and password assigned to you by Tour East Holidays. Note that this is different from the one you use to access your member profile. During the booking process, it will prompt you to enter your Tour East Points email address. This is the email you have used when registering for Tour East points. In most cases air booking site will automatically pick up your points email.

PNR Transfer:    Make the booking in your GDS and queue it us for ticketing.
Please ask our reservation agents about the points while you are getting a price quote.

Q. 4. What if I move to another agency?
A. Should you change your agency affiliation, all of the accumulated points will be transferred to the same account under the new agency. Your account moves with you! It is your responsibility to modify and update your profile as soon as possible.

Q. 5. I booked my client’s ticket by phone. Will I get credited for points?
A. If it qualifies for points you will get points on bookings made on phone as well. Please ask our reservation agents about the points while you are making reservation and provide your Tour East points e-mail address. It is important that the e-mail address matches the one in your online account.

Q. 6. Is there a minimum amount of points I need before I can redeem?
A. A minimum of 5000 points must be used (excluding delivery charges if applicable) for gift card orders.

Q. 7. Can I have my orders shipped to my home address?
A. Reward orders will be shipped to the mailing address indicated on your profile, unless otherwise indicated.

Q. 8. I don’t see points for one of my files issued a week ago. What do I do?
A. Travel agents who wish to report discrepancies found in their Tour East Points online statement may do so by e-mail to rewards@toureast.com . Missing points will be credited up to a maximum time of 2 weeks for the date of ticket issuance.

Q. 9. Will my points expire?
A. All points accumulated in this program must be redeemed within 12 months from the date it was credited. Any points not redeemed within this period will expire and subtracted from the total points.
